About the Role
Our Wholesale + Marketplace partnerships have become an integral part of Nisolo’s customer acquisition strategy. The primary responsibilities of this role are to optimize current accounts (with a profitability- first mindset), improve partner relationships and improve processes all while hitting sales goals.

Responsibilities
- Drive sales by building and improving relationships with current accounts.
- Execute sales strategies, maintain and develop customers to achieve sales and margin goals.
- Own all day-to-day coordination, operational follow up and account communication.
- Build and maintain WTD, MTD, & YTD sales reports
- Analyze sales, present lines to buyers and place buys with merch/production, coordinate samples
- Negotiate and close ATS/Inventory deals monthly maximizing sales and profitability.
- Work closely with planning on OTB and reacting to a fast-paced business model
- Manage, track, and ensure shipment of all orders in partnership with our Operations Team including unconfirmed orders, extensions, late WIP, oversolds etc.
- First point of contact for client queries such as RA requests, reorders, assortment curation.
- Manage existing business including driving performance, re-orders, managing risk and liability, tracking shipping and selling.
- Oversee on-time seasonal launches and new product rollout across dropship and wholesale channels
- Work in tandem with Accounts Receivables on outstanding payments from partners
- Align orders with allocations and confirm accuracy and timely receipt.
- Regularly monitor and ensure accuracy and proper visibility of partner assortments, including dropship.
- Manage weekly ATS file and distribution in partnership with our Planning and Operations Team.
- Challenge existing processes; recommend more efficient or alternative methods to achieve objectives
- Review and understand customer requirements to achieve customer satisfaction, reduce chargebacks, and improve return rate.
Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years direct wholesale sales experience with a proven track record for success in a performance-based sales position
- Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal; Ability to effectively interface with buyers and adapt communication style to suit the target audience
- Experience with Amazon, Zappos and other online marketplaces is a plus
- Able to pivot from high-level strategic decisions to low, in the weeds execution in a high-energy, fast paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize work
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- A solutions-focused mentality, adaptable and open to change
Compensation: Based on previous experience and expertise.
